The private company is a new type of commercial company in Greece. It belongs to the companies with share capital. The main advantage of the private company is that it provides low cost for establishing and maintaining the business. There isn't any lower limit of the initial capital, which must be contributed by the founders; in addition, not only in cash can the capital be contributed, but also in kind or by guarantee. The founders are not liable for the debts of the company.
